Our Policies

We’re excited to celebrate the harvest with you. To ensure a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience for everyone, please review the following policies and guidelines before your visit.

General Guest Guidelines

  • Festival hours: Saturday, October 10th 9am-6pm & Sunday, October 11th 9am-5pm

  • Tickets can be purchased at the door (cash or card). To pre-purchase tickets or for more information, please click here.

  • Not all Crafters/Vendors take card. Cash is recommended.

  • Re-entry is allowed with hand stamp

  • Follow directions from festival staff and posted signage at all times.

  • Respect fellow guests, vendors, and performers. Disorderly conduct may result in removal without refund.

  • Smoking, vaping, or open flames are not permitted anywhere on festival grounds.

  • Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

    • Weapons of any kind

    • Outside alcohol

    • Glass containers

    • Fireworks or explosives

    • Drones or unmanned aerial devices

  • As this is a family-friendly, community event, we ask that all guests refrain from political activity on festival grounds. Political demonstrations, campaigning, or distributing political materials are not permitted.

  • Solicitation or sales of any kind are prohibited unless you are a registered crafter or approved vendor.

Accessibility & Service Animals

  • Pets are not permitted on festival grounds.

  • ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

  • Service animals must:

    • Remain under the handler’s control at all times

    • Be housebroken and properly supervised

    • Be vaccinated in accordance with local law

  • Staff may ask the legally permitted questions if the service animal’s role is not obvious.

  • Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets in training are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Safety & Emergency Protocols

  • Emergency access lanes must remain clear at all times.

  • No smoking, candles, or open flames in booths or vendor areas.

  • If you notice a safety concern, please notify staff immediately.

  • In the event of severe weather or emergency, follow instructions from staff and emergency personnel.

Parking & Transportation

  • Please park only in designated festival parking areas. Parking in a “No Parking” zone may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

  • Parking is available in designated areas only. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

Enforcement & Liability

  • Festival staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply with these policies.

  • The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • Policies are subject to change without notice.
